About our Farm
The Harmony Hill Farm LLC was founded in 1975 by Stephen and Virginia Gorman in Shenandoah Junction West Virginia. It was their goal to produce livestock of the highest quality in a sustainable manner. They also believed in continual improvement of the land for future generations. Now under the direction of Steve, Chris and Heather Gorman, the farm continues to flourish with the same principals of sustainability, and environmental stewardship. We are proud of our agricultural heritage and are now in our fourth generation. We believe there is no greater calling then feeding our fellow man.Our farm produces Black Angus beef cattle, Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Honey Bees, Laying Hens as well as seasonal produce. We are a forage based operation and our livestock are grass fed. By operating this way, we are able to remain hormone and antibiotic free. We feel that we would not feed anyone else what we wouldn't feed our own family.

About the Bees
We raise all the amazing bees that produce our honey. During the late spring and through mid summer, we care for the bees and harvest honey as quickly as they can produce it. Don’t worry, we stop making honey in September allowing the bees to keep all the honey they make throughout the fall. The hives are heavy with honey when winter starts to ensure they have enough food to get through.
We raise and milk Nigerian Dwarf Goats. The goats became a part of the farm when our children wanted to join 4-H a few years ago. This has allowed us to expand into goat milk soap with the excess milk they produce.
A staple on our farm is our Black Angus Cows. The farm has raised cows from the very start and always will. Although we no longer raised the cows for direct consumer sales, we still take pride in our herd.
